Rebranding Insyd, Building a Design System and Scaling it through AI.
Rebranding Insyd, Building a Design System and Scaling it through AI.

Context
Context
Insyd is a platform and tech solution built for architects to grow beyond design and scale their practices, with offerings extending into adjacent industries like interior design and material brands.
The project focused on shaping a brand at the intersection of community, knowledge, and business—bridging the gap between creative practice and scalable growth in the AEC industry.
I worked closely with the team to build a 0–1 design system, revamp the brand identity, and position it for the intended impact.

Understanding the Problem
Understanding the Problem
Insyd’s existing identity no longer reflected its evolving goals and expanding product direction. With the growing importance of the community segment, there was a clear need to unify the brand and bring consistency across products and communications, both internally and externally.

Goals
Goals
The goal wasn’t just to design a brand identity, but to create a design system that defines how products and visuals coexist under one umbrella. The direction was to:
Craft an identity that brings together business, technology, and community within the Insyd ecosystem.
Build an AI-first, scalable design system that minimises design–development gaps.
Design an identity that seamlessly extends across community touchpoints, events, and collaterals.

Process
Process
Building a comprehensive brand system wasn’t a linear process—each decision influenced the next. To ensure cohesion, we continuously iterated and evaluated how the new directions impacted earlier choices, refining the system as it evolved.

Capturing the essense of Insyd
Capturing the essense of Insyd
We closely aligned the values, ambitions and the vision of Insyd and crafted if together using the right colors and forms.

Various Touchpoints
Various Touchpoints
We ensured the translation of the language through different media and collaterals.
Event design became an important segment as we built it ground-up to gain momentum.

Translation into products meant we needed a detailed design system that contributed to consistency across product verticles.
I defined all components with great detail with the help of Claude Code to overcome any ambiguity and gaps in design and development.

Impact and Takeaway
Impact and Takeaway
This is an extensive project with evolving iterations and application of the design system across print, media, digital products and the details within each of these.
Through the project, we were able to,
Reduce friction between design and development through execution-ready components.
Establish a scalable system for future product and event expansion.
Enable faster iteration cycles with an AI-assisted workflow.
Build an identity that spans across segments and represents them all right.
